Install SIM card and battery
Battery removing
Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the battery.
The SIM card and its contacts can be easily damaged by scratches or bending, so be
careful when handling, inserting, or removing the card.
1. Push the back cover from the top of the phone, and remove it (1).
2. Remove the battery (2), and insert the SIM card (3).
3. Insert the battery (4), and replace the back cover (5).
Charge the battery
Your battery has been precharged, but the charging levels may vary.
1. Connect the charger to a wall outlet.
2. Connect the charger to the device. You can use your device while
it is charging.
3. When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the charger from
the device, then from the wall outlet.
If the battery is completely discharged, it may take several minutes
before the charging indicator appears on the display or before any
calls can be made.
